The specific chemical structure of the xanthophylls differs from the carotenes themselves, and also gives them a greater ability to color themselves in the biological substances such as pens, feathers and eggs.

The latter property makes the product ideal for nest coloring, essential when breeding canaries. However, it remains an exceptional dye, excellently suitable during the moulting period.

Use: 6-10 gr / kg mixed with Royalfood or another UNICA feed, 2-3 times a week during the moulting period.

For coloring nest canaries:

10gr / kg at least 13 days before laying the eggs. Administer it to the newborn canaries in the nest for a week, resume at the beginning of the moult until the end of it.
