Delivery terms
When ordering, we will send the ordered products after receiving the payment. We ship these packages every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except on public holidays. The products will be delivered via DPD or via Bpost. If desired, the order can be delivered in a parcel shop, please mention this in the comments during the order.The transport price includes the price of the packaging

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bottles cannot be returned
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially paid.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $ 75, consider using a trackable shipping service (or take out shipping insurance) to track your packages and ensure packages are signed upon delivery to insects for birds. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs (exchange costs are the same as the original). We will need payment before we can send an international exchange.
